Recap: The 2007/08 season ended on a somewhat high note for the Atlanta Hawks taking the eventual NBA Champion Boston Celtics to 7 games before folding. Ticket sales for the 2008/09 season immediately went up. This season, the Hawks are already hitting their stride, finishing out 2008 as one of the hottest teams in the NBA. With 5 players averaging double figure in points, (Joe Johnson-22.8, Mike Bibby-16.2, Josh Smith-15.0, Marvin Williams-13.5 and Rookie Al Holford-11.0 points per game), look for the Hawks to go even further in the 2009 Playoffs.
