a delivery notice will be left on your door. If no one is at the shipping address
to accept deliveries, we will not be held responsible for additional shipping
charges or your attendance to the event. > If an event is cancelled,
refunds will be given for face value only, or a full credit towards a future event.
> Reschedule dates, times, opening acts, change in actors or players
for any reason including but not limited to illness, injury or vacation are not
considered cancellations. > We are not held responsible for missed
events due to any change in time or dates. It is the responsibility of the ticket
purchaser to verify that the date and time on the purchaser's ticket is still
valid. > We are not responsible for lost or damaged tickets after
they have arrived. Keep them in a safe place, we cannot replace them. >
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets. > The price
on the ticket will not reflect the price of the ticket order. The total price
of the order includes a service charge or purchase charge. > Your
completion of an order on Prime Tickets.com constitutes your final and irrevocable
authorization to charge your credit card, on a non refundable basis, for the amount
indicated herein, which authorization does not require a signature or other action
